Episode 10 – Two case examples of Customer service – Making good of a bad experience

Hi All,

This episode looks at a couple of cases of where I got some bad service or dealings and how not accepting it and making you feelings known to the company giving the bad service, you can turn the situation around to your own favor.

One of the bad experiences was with Foxtel, the other with a holiday house operator. Both sorted out the situation and definitely continue to have my business due to their resolution of our problems.
